Our Director interviews prospective teachers at two recruitment fairs in North America at Queens College in Ontario, Canada and at Bank Street College of Education in New York.

The school is particularly interested in teachers who have had prior experience with multilingual populations in a K-12 setting.

Successful candidates need to be able to develop appropriate curricula and learning experiences using the framework of the Benjamin Franklin approved program.  We are seeking educators who are reflective and collaborative and want to actively contribute to a professional learning community.

The school prefers applicants with Masters degrees, a minimum of three years of teaching experience and previous international experience.
