More BFIS Connex tips-and-tricks here 1. Log into BFIS Connex: connex.bfischool.org. 2. Open your e-mail in-box, as if you were going to read your e-mail.
3. On the top-left side of the page click on the link labeled "Calendar". A new window will open displaying your calendar.
4. Below the BFIS Connex logo, on the top-left of the page, click on the "Create Event" link.
6. Below the "When" field, click on the "Check guest and resource availability" link.
7. Depending on the date and time you have chosen for your event (in the When fields), the resources listed will either show a green or red box next to them. Here you will see cameras, projectors, tri-pods, computer labs and tests. TESTS are shown as a resource to make sure there are only a set number of tests given during one day.
8. If the resource you are looking for has a green box next to it, click on it to highlight it and then click on the "Add" button at the top of the list. Click on the "Ok" button on the far-right of that window. (IF the resource you need is displayed with a small red rectangle next to its name, it means it is already booked by someone else for the same date and time that you are trying to book. Don't try to book it!!!)
