To delete spam messages you have three options; you can delete them individually, delete all of them, or do nothing and let the system delete them automatically every 30 days. To delete the messages individually, simply check mark the message you wish to delete and click on the button labeled Delete forever. To delete all spam messages, click on the gray bar at the top of your Spam Messages inbox labeled "Delete all spam messages now messages that have been in Spam more than 30 days will be automatically deleted" and then click ok.

BFIS Connex E-mail automatically deletes Spam messages that are 30 days old, so you do not have to worry about deleting your Spam messages manually.
